Application Process
Please fill out our pre-application and our Admissions Office will contact you with instuctions on how to move forward in our application process.
Please do not create an account before your pre-application has been approved by the admissions team. Applications will not be considered without going through this process first.
The pre-application will ask for the following information:
- Parent/legal guardian information
- Information on anyone else would have visitation rights
- Children's names
- Current school and grade
- Languages the children speak
- Children's citizenship status
- A needs statement detailing why you would like to place your children in our care
- An acknowledgement that it is understood that MMS is a Christian organization, and children will receive Biblical instruction.
